Originally begun 2-Nov-2008, intended to be a reproduction of an antique Navajo ring which my husband owned but never wore, because it was unusually large, I returned to the turquoise canvas in March of 2017. The above-mentioned ring was since returned to the Begay family, as it had been their father's. He'd given it to my husband, but it seemed right to return it to the family.

Instead, I decided to try and reproduce a Navajo-made ring with a Bisbee turquoise stone, bought for me by my husband at the Cameron Trading Post (Cameron, AZ) on our vacation last year.
